Adjusting the Toggles
If your blind isn’t hanging level this because of an uneven string length in the cord. At the back of your Roman blind there will be cords which ensure when pulling the chain the blind stacks up. If it is hanging unevenly this can be easily fixed. Simply adjust the toggle at the back of the blind until it hangs straight. You may need to adjust both toggles on either side of the blind.
Replacing the chain
All our blinds are fitted with the relevant child safety features which means when pressure is applied to the chain it can pop out of the headrail. Your chain is not broken and can be easily fixed. To re fit the spool, remove the Velcro on one side and click back into the headrail. Pull your chain to ensure this has been done correctly, it should only fall out when pressure it applied.
Rear Clips
If your find your rear clips have detached from the Roman Blind at the back, simply click them back together.
