Our Showrooms
We have put lots of safety measures in place so our showrooms are covid-19 secure. We will only be allowing limited numbers of customers into the showrooms at a time, so queues are likely. We have plenty of hand sanitisers located around the showrooms and safety screens at payment and quoting desks. Regular cleaning will be taking place throughout the day. Please be considerate to the measures we have put in place, we are trying to protect you, our customers, as well as our team.

Our Team
We have worked throughout the covid-19 crisis safely in our Cotswold warehouse and have lots of measures in place to ensure the safety of our team. This includes lots of hand sanitiser stations and regular cleans of all surfaces & work stations. We have become very used to this situation as our full warehouse team have worked throughout this and social distancing has become normal for us. Deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due a big increase in order volumes.
We work in a big enough space that everyone can safely follow the social distancing guidelines and we have moved around our workstations to ensure there is plenty of space between everyone.
Online Orders
We are fortunate in that we already have a fantastic offering on our website and pride ourselves on being one of the best in the industry. Our fulfillment team continue to dispatch online orders as usual.
Our workrooms are running as usual.
Couriers are operating a “contact free” delivery process, where customers will not be asked to sign for their deliveries
Our friendly customer service team will still be on hand to help via telephone or email - MONDAY - SATURDAY 9am - 5pm.
Samples
A reminder that we offer a sample service so that you can view the fabrics in your own home before making a decision. We have thousands to choose from and a team of fantastic sample pickers to get your orders out quickly. Samples are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT ROYAL MAIL ARE VERY BUSY SO SAMPLES ARE TAKING LONGER TO BE DELIVERED.
Stock Volumes & Supply Chain
We hold huge volumes of stock in our warehouse, stock of each fabric is displayed online. We also have daily deliveries arriving of new stock.
All our suppliers are open, however there are some delays due to covid-19 . We have tried to highlight this on fabrics/products throughout the site, however please feel free to get in touch to discuss prior to ordering if unsure.

Step 8:
Repeat all the steps for the smaller pieces ensuring that the webbing and decorative ribbon is far enough down from the fabric. Next, take your Velcro and cut down the middle to make it narrow. Before neatening the edges of this piece, you can add your Velcro. Sew in place using a sewing machine.
