Dispatch & Delivery Timescales

Our aim is to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. We have an efficient warehouse team run by our superstar Warehouse Manager, Katie whose sole aim is to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and packaged to our high quality standards.

 

In stock orders are usually dispatched next working day however can on occasion take up to 3 working days (especially orders placed over a weekend or during busy promotion periods) and are being delivered by Parcelforce, DX or by Royal Mail for smaller quantities.

 

COURIER INFO -

Please note that larger orders sent with Parcelforce & DX require a signature, either your own or a neighbours. They cannot be left in a safe place. If there is a specific neighbour who can sign in your absence, please note this in the delivery comments at checkout. Smaller orders are folded and sent with Royal Mail and can be left safe if you are out. If you supply a mobile number you can select a convenient delivery day via text message.

 

FREE DELIVERY INFO -

Delivery is FREE of charge to all UK MAINLAND destinations on most product* orders over £75 (*exclusions apply, please see below list of destinations for delivery cost to your address).

*Free delivery DOES NOT apply for furniture orders and shipping for furniture orders will be shown at the checkout (furniture shipping costs are estimated and on occasion these costs may increase dependant on destination and item. We will be in touch if the cost is different to the one quoted). JF Furniture, Headboards and Tracks & Poles can only be delivered to UK addresses. If you live abroad and would like a quote for delivery abroad please get in touch.

All lengths of both PVC fabric and velvets will incur the '4.5m and above' delivery cost as they must be rolled to avoid creasing.

 

CLICK & COLLECT INFO -

If you have selected to collect your order from one of our Cotswold showrooms, you will receive a call from them once the order has arrived at the showroom. As our Cheltenham showroom is located at the same site as our warehouse, the order will usually be ready very quickly. Our Burford showroom receives deliveries 3 times a week from our main central warehouse so may take longer.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER INFO -

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you will be able to track your parcel with our selected couriers. You will be able to alter delivery dates & times through text message alerts sent via the couriers.

Please bear in mind that the tracking link will only work when it has reached it's first scan point so if it doesn't work first time please try again later when the parcel will be further along in its journey.
