Our aim is to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. We have an efficient warehouse team run by our superstar Warehouse Manager, Katie whose sole aim is to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and packaged to our high quality standards.
In stock orders are usually dispatched next working day however can on occasion take up to 3 working days (especially orders placed over a weekend or during busy promotion periods) and are being delivered by Parcelforce, DX or by Royal Mail for smaller quantities.
COURIER INFO -
Please note that larger orders sent with Parcelforce & DX require a signature, either your own or a neighbours. They cannot be left in a safe place. If there is a specific neighbour who can sign in your absence, please note this in the delivery comments at checkout. Smaller orders are folded and sent with Royal Mail and can be left safe if you are out. If you supply a mobile number you can select a convenient delivery day via text message.
FREE DELIVERY INFO -
Delivery is FREE of charge to all UK MAINLAND destinations on most product* orders over £75 (*exclusions apply, please see below list of destinations for delivery cost to your address).
*Free delivery DOES NOT apply for furniture orders and shipping for furniture orders will be shown at the checkout (furniture shipping costs are estimated and on occasion these costs may increase dependant on destination and item. We will be in touch if the cost is different to the one quoted). JF Furniture, Headboards and Tracks & Poles can only be delivered to UK addresses. If you live abroad and would like a quote for delivery abroad please get in touch.
All lengths of both PVC fabric and velvets will incur the '4.5m and above' delivery cost as they must be rolled to avoid creasing.
CLICK & COLLECT INFO -
If you have selected to collect your order from one of our Cotswold showrooms, you will receive a call from them once the order has arrived at the showroom. As our Cheltenham showroom is located at the same site as our warehouse, the order will usually be ready very quickly. Our Burford showroom receives deliveries 3 times a week from our main central warehouse so may take longer.
TRACK YOUR ORDER INFO -
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you will be able to track your parcel with our selected couriers. You will be able to alter delivery dates & times through text message alerts sent via the couriers.
Please bear in mind that the tracking link will only work when it has reached it's first scan point so if it doesn't work first time please try again later when the parcel will be further along in its journey.
Please note: if ordering velvet or PVC fabrics, these have to be sent rolled and will therefore incur the higher bracket postage charge.
For Channel Islands we can dispatch to ship2me at our standard delivery charge of £9.99 or free for orders over £125. You must contact them directly to arrange a discounted delivery charge. If choosing this option, please enter the ship2me delivery address at checkout.
All orders being delivered to EU countries will be sent delivered duty paid. UK VAT will be removed at checkout and delivery charges, duties and fees will be added. This is to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible for our EU customers. We do however have a maximum length of parcels of 150cm for this service, so any items over this will be folded to ensure we can deliver the goods duty paid.
For international customers outside of the EU (rest of world) UK vat will be removed at checkout and delivery charges added. The goods will be sent EXCLUDING any duties/fees. Duties/fees will be payable by you when orders arrive in the delivery country. You will be contacted directly by the customs office to make payment.
We would like to offer goods delivered duty paid (DDP) for all international customers, however currently we can't find a courier to ship DDP for customers outside of the EU due to the average length of the rolls of fabrics we send. We will continue to try and resolve this, please bear with us.
We can ship to most countries worldwide. Please enter shipping country at checkout and the delivery charge will be estimated. As all fabrics are different weights and lengths please bear in mind that once the order is weighed if there is a difference in the postage charged there may be further payment required or a refund of the difference due. This particularly applies to orders from the Far East, Australia and New Zealand. We will email you with the revised delivery cost after the order has been placed, alternatively please email us at orders@justfabrics.co.uk prior to ordering to double check the delivery costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to send any orders to BFPO addresses. You would need to arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse. Please give us a call if you'd like to arrange this.
We hold huge volumes of stock in our warehouses, however if products are out of stock you will receive an email with a delivery date once you've placed an order. As some of our fabrics come direct from mills throughout Europe, occasionally it can take up to 4-6 weeks for them to arrive if out of stock (especially with the covid situation). We display the stock of each fabric on the product page. We also have daily deliveries arriving of new stock. During busy periods our delivery timescales can INCREASE slightly, we have extra staff to try and accomodate the extra volume of orders. However as a small family business we don't have the infastructure to always deal with the increased volume, so please bear with us during these periods and we'll do our best to get your lovely goods out to you as quick as we possibly can.
